Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students or parents who need to cancel or reschedule a lesson should contact the academy as early as reasonably possible.
Whether a lesson can be rescheduled or credited may depend on the student plan, notice provided, teacher availability and the circumstances of the cancellation.
Teacher or Academy Cancellations
If a scheduled lesson cannot take place because of the assigned teacher or academy arrangements, the academy will normally seek to provide an appropriate replacement, rescheduling option or other suitable solution.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed according to the applicable enrolment arrangement, services already delivered and the circumstances of the request.
Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
